

Hot Indoor Cycling
Service Description
Hot cycling is a fun and effective way to exercise on an indoor bike, especially if you're short on time or want to maximize your results with less time spent working out. Hot indoor cycling is performed in a room heated to 80–84 °F (27–29 °C) and has many benefits to your physical and mental health. The benefits of hot cycling can include a MASSIVE CALORIES BURN in a shorter amount of time and it can also help rejuvenate your skin and tone your muscles, while also relieving stress from being in the infrared heat. I provide a SWEAT BELT for all clients to help burn off that belly fat that you don't want and to maximize our training. Hot cycling class use essential oils! Inhaling essential oils isn't just pleasant because of their gorgeous scents and aromas they release, but it can actually positively affect your mental and physical wellbeing. You MUST try this class! (But remember to tell your instructor before the class if you might have any allergies and do not wish to workout while we use these 100% natural oils).
